Insurance Opportunities at Home
There are very limited insurance opportunities at home. But there are some good ones if you know how to find them. The following are not examples of what I speak of but these mentioned will allow you to work out of your house and either sell insurance or be a automobile claims adjuster. To find a really good situation for yourself that gives you the freedom to work from home and one that allows you to make a very substantial income are few and far between, but not impossible to investigate and find. There is a new field of work from home category that some have success with and that is medical billing or medical auditing. The problem with this business is that it is very hard to make significant monies and your income is "tabled" as to what you are allowed to make by your activities. In other words, the insurance company has charts of what they will pay, similar to your taking your car to a mechanic where a job's cost is known by the mechanic's tables for repairs.
The problem is that the above type of situation takes away your incentive--there should always be an opportunity to be rewarded for good work and there is a large amount of competition in this type of business. It takes a "niche" and needed service where you control what the charges are and you produce the service product that is of extreme value to your accounts. Also, you should not be limited to a small number of accounts. Where does such a business exist?
Let's consider that you have a skill or a specialty that is only known by you--on one hand this is good, but if you do not know how to market yourself, it has no value except to you -- now if you had this service type of business and knew how to get customers that will give you business on-going for as long as you are effective, then does it not make sense to capitalize all your time and energy on something that you own yourself without royalties or franchise fees to pay.
During economic downturns, what if it had absolutely no effect on your business and you never skipped a beat and were paid for activity and not a final result. Meaning that you would submit a weekly report and invoice for work performed and you would get paid within a l4 day window. What if this type of business had a track record dating back to l976 throughout the United States with foreign applications as well and only a select few knew about it?
The best business that is the "Gold Standard" for working at home is the business that is being described. All you need is the knowledge and the system to execute it.
