About Us

Bill Tucker, founder of Tucker Insurance Systems, has spent the last 35-years practicing and perfecting insurance consulting services.

After military service and college, he sold insurance for a period of years and later worked in a full-service employment agency. Having exposure to the needs and wants of insurance companies regarding their various claims departments, and working on a daily basis with employers, he had an idea to start his own consulting business.

Initially, he did not really know how to market himself so he told potential accounts what he knew about finding jobs for people knowing that insurance companies had people they were paying wage loss benefits to that they wanted to stop paying.

Initially, he started out working with Liberty-Mutual Insurance Company as well as Penn-National Insurance Company as a vendor for them. He was not an employee and it was from the cases that were assigned to him plus some good old-fashioned "elbow grease" that he was able to develop a very profitable business.

Over the years, the system that was employed has saved his accounts many millions of dollars, otherwise, they would not have given him repeat business. Most importantly, the business that Bill has developed has stood the most important test, the test of time.

Money is important to all, however, it was not the money that was the driving force for Bill. It was being self-employed and not having to work for someone else ever again. He had found and created a new niche business and was rewarded in more ways than one.

Bill's accounts trusted him and that played a critical role in the development of his business. Billing was on a weekly basis to each account and he worked on an hourly basis. Not once was was any invoice ever challenged and payment was always received within a 2-week window. It did not take long to make life-long friendships with his accounts on both a personal and business basis.

In conclusion, here are some of Bill's words.

It is easy to "blue sky" figures to someone who does not know you but I can tell you this, in l976, back when gas was 46 cents a gallon and a nice house was $35,000, I made in excess of $86,000. This was mind-boggling to me and represented a raise from my previous employment of almost 400 percent. The following year, I did over $200,000 and so on as the years went by. I have been fortunate enough to have earned seven figures on two occasions - this is not an average and were just very good years, but putting those years aside, easily six figures every year in business.

My work was with insurance companies, employers, attorneys, doctors and adjusters who all have a part in each case history referred. It is a fascinating business for the right person and now that I am out of it, I am willing to share. I want to help people over an extended period of time learn my business - it is good for you and good for me. Be wary of someone who tells you that everything is for you only. Every business opportunity must be good for both sides and this is no exception!
